• Item wise not much changed except for Youmuus becoming a lot stronger.
• Champ wise the indirect changes this patch seem to matter more than the direct ones. Graves, Gragas, Ekko, Renekton, Vex, GP and Voli are all very dangerous right now.

Buffs:

• Swain is playable again and in a good spot in terms of WR and better off in PR than before the rewok. Not sure if this will be permanent.
• WW jungle is dangerously close to being OP.

Nerfs:

• Lillia was killed. Likely by Mafia Graves. He pretty much made her E slow bugged. Now with it fixed she is back to ~50%
• Poppy nerf was meaningless. But it is not Poppy who is the problem but Bloodsong. It is OP on most tank supports and needs to be changed.

I use Gold+ data as default as it is very close to Plat+ but with a larger sample size, especially for items. Other elos can be seen on the website.

Champ Data: % PR increases are +-% numbers with the last patch being the base line. I do this because a 1->2% has a larger impact than a 10->11% PR change.

• e.g.: 2% -> 5% = +150% (2.5 times as high as before)

Item Data: Below each item you then find all champs using that item in that slot. The data below the champ picture is the AVG item WR of that slot for that champ. Next to that you find the item data for that champ with the curreent data.
